There’s plenty to do with so many events being held across the region. From anniversary celebrations to special can releases, find a place to meet up with friends and knock a few back or find a respite from all of your Black Friday shopping. 

If you’re heading a little ways south, check out what’s going down this weekend in little Rhody.

Wednesday

Untold Brewing, 12-10 p.m.

Untold has you covered for some last-minute cans, crowlers, and growlers, including a release on draft and in cans. Hungry, Mangia food truck will be rolling in at 3 p.m. Full event details.

Widowmaker Brewing, 12-11 p.m.

Speaking of releases, grab yourself a few cans of City of President Pale Ale for the first time out of the taproom. Sarcastic Swine Catering & BBQ will be serving up some grub while you and your pals reminice and give thanks to great local beer. Full event details.

Buzzards Bay Brewing, 1-8 p.m.

Tell everybody to meet you at the Buzzard. This is easily one of the best places to hang if you’re on the Southcoast. The local food and tunes plus some of the best bar staff guarantee a killer time. Oh, and the beer’s pretty awesome, too. Full event details.

Naukabout Beer Co., 2-10 p.m.

If you’re on the Cape for the holidays, make your way over to Naukabout’s lovely taproom for a few rounds and a slice from Chariot Pizza. Full event details.

Second Wind Brewing Co., 2-9 p.m.

What can be more fun than Thanksgiving in Plymouth? Head on over to Second Wind while they open their doors for special holiday hours. Full event details.

Stellwagen Beer Co., 4-8 p.m.

Prepare yourself for a day filled with eating with a little practice. Jaju Pierogi pop-up will be serving some of the best-damned pierogi this side of the Atlantic. Full event details.

Crue Brew, 5-10 p.m.

Swing by one of the area’s newest breweries with your old friends, or make some new ones! Crue Brew offers a great place to meet and hang before heading home to prep the turkey dinner. They’ll also be accepting non-perishable food items for the Raynham Food Basket. Full event details.

Barrel House Z, 6-10 p.m.

Grab a couple siblings or cousins and take part in the first annual BHZ Cornhole Tournament. Free to play and prizes are awarded to the first- and second-place teams. Also, please consider donating a non-perishable food item for the Weymouth Food Pantry. Full event details.

Shovel Town Brewery, 7-10 p.m.

Get down while getting ready for the big day with live local music from Dave Spagone & Mike Sanpietro. Grab a few cans to go to share with those family members you really like. Full event details.

Friday

Black Hat Brew Works, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.

Skip the lines at the stores and join Black Hat for their third anniversary. While there still might be a line, there will also be chicken and waffles staring at 10 a.m. followed by a ton more food from Fiamma Bella and Los Jefes later in the day. Plus, don’t miss out on the triple beer release: Imperial No Sleep Til Bridgewater Coffee Stout, Anniversary DIPA, and the return of XMass Ambah! Full event details.

Untold Brewing, 12-10 p.m.

Sick of the crowds at the mall? Grab yourself some Retail Therapy! This 6.7% ABV Black IPA will be available in cans and on draft. Raw bar pop-up from 3-6 p.m. and some holiday merch guarantee a great alternative to Battle of the Shopping Carts: 2018. Full event details.

Buzzards Bay Brewing, 1-8 p.m.

An open house of epic proportions, Buzzards Bay is once again opening its doors to its loving patrons. Enjoy live music, fresh food, and artisanal crafters all afternoon. If you’ve got family in town for the holidays, treat them to the most beautiful brewery in the state.
